Materials needed for Change of Shareholders’ Equity

1. Approval of jointly entrusted agent (with official stamp).
2. Commercial registration change application (signed by legal representatives and agents)
3. Decisions made by all original shareholders signatures of all original shareholders.
4. Shareholders transfer agreement signed by both original and new shareholders.
5. Decisions made and signed by all new shareholders at shareholder meeting.
6. New corporation rules and regulations (signed by legal representatives at the last page).
7. Copies of identification of all new shareholders (use A4 paper).
8. Business license.
9. All other forms (cannot use ball pen; signatures must be authentic).
10. Other documents as needed.
